I have a micro ATX motherboard - a Dell 033FF6 in an Inspiron 580. The specifications say this Graphics card is an ATX form. Will it fit in my micro ATX motherboard?

This will fit in a standard micro ATX, as long as it is not a slim micro ATX in which case you would need a low profile GPU. But it will fit in a normal micro ATX.

Question 2

Will this card fit/function in my HPE-515t prebuilt? It says it runs on motherboard power which is good for me, but I want to know if anything else may interfere with me using this card in my PC.

It appears you're talking about putting this in an HP Pavilion Elite HPE-515t CTO Desktop PC.  You shouldn't have any problem, these newer GPU's use enough less power to not need an additional gpu power port on them ..'cept in the higher-end types I'm guessing. But, I had great luck putting this card in an even older hp office system, quad-core intel, hyper-threaded and with 16gb RAM.  Anyway, should give it a lil kick in it's step. As long as it's going in the primary PCIE slot anyway.  Hope this helps, let us know.
You might want to have a look at the servicing guide before diving into the machine so you won't be surprised by anything. Well, can't include the link but, visit their site and search for your system, then it should be pretty easy to locate.

Question 3

I have an older MB with PCIe2.0x16, is this card backwards compatible?  I know I won't get all the bells and whistles PCIe3.0+ would allow, but I'm mainly concerned about having the CUDA cores for use with NVidia IRAY for DAZ Studio.  Thanks!!!

I was unable to get this 1650 and another 1660ti to work in a Dell C2Q machine with an older PCIe slot. It did however work with an Asus Sabertooth 990FX r1 board.  For whatever reason on that C2Q it would freeze when it got to the Window10 startup and only a black screen would show.  Similar issues with Linux Mint and Ubuntu on the same machine. I could never get the graphics drivers to work. It must be something with some newer cards unable to work right with that MB or BIOS.  As mentioned in a previous answer the cards are all backwards compatible and should work in older slots most of the time. Why I couldn't get it to work in that one machine I'm not sure. But it was both a 1650 and a 1660ti with a new EVGA 500W PSU. A 1070 works fine.

The GV-N1650OC-4GD version does not have any power connectors to the power supply.  You only need displayport or HDMI for your monitor.

The GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 1650 OC 4G Graphics Card is a good budget option for 1080p gaming. It runs cool and quiet, doesn't require additional power connectors, and fits most cases. Overall, it is a decent graphics card for its price range.

Yes, it would work, but you shouldn't buy it. The 1650 super is a much better card for almost the same price. There's no reason to buy this card anymore.

It only draws 75 watts on load, the suggested power is 350w but you could probably get away with a 300 watt power supply.

HDCP 2.2 is part of the HDMI 2.0B spec.  This has 2 HDMI 2.0B ports.

The system req says "System PSU Limitation (W): 300"... my PSU is  320W 90% efficient (80 Plus® Gold Certified); 275W 65% efficient. Will this work?

This graphics card will work with your PSU.  It draws 75W or less from the PCIe slot on the motherboard.  I have it in an HP OEM machine with a 310W PSU and it works fine.  Just be sure to tell Windows to not to use any power limiting settings under the power options for the PCIe slot or it will perform at a lower speed.   But yes, you should be fine with your 320W PSU.
