Yes. I am using it with a HP Windows Mixed Reality headset. Beat Saber works smoothly and flawlessly.

There is no minimum requirements for the cpu. Although, I definitely would not use it with a Pentium II or a Celeron cpu, as I find that these cpu's bottleneck. If u are interested in the Gigabyte GeForce RTX 2070 WindForce Video Card, I will be more than happy to sell u my 3 week old one at a discounted price of $370 so that I can purchase an RTX 2080 Ti

Can this card run ray-tracing at a good frame rate?

On the gaming rig we built it runs all of our high demand games extremely well at frame rates over 100fps. our settings all run at max on the card.

Is it overclockable?

Yes you can use the gigabyte aorus engine to do some overclocking, you can also have your own profiles and fan curves. Mine has been working for around 4 months.

Is this more powerful than the 2060 Super, and if so how much more powerful is it? Are the differences noticeable?

I have not tried the 2060 but according to the specs it is more powerful. It is equal to other RTX 2070 models, although up to $100 cheaper than some. There may be some featture differences, such as, some RTX2070 include a USB-C port, this doesn't, but I don't need that. It also appears to be a bit more power efficient than some cards, it only needs a single 8 pin power connector, other models require a 8 pin plus a 6 pin connector.

Over time, are there any noise issues associated with this VGA card?

There are concerns about the rattling/clicking noise from the fans, as well as the fans being loud under load. Some users have also experienced issues with high temperatures and thermal throttling.

Different manufacturers price their versions at whatever price they want. It all depends on what fans, RGB stuff, etc they've added to the base graphics card
