can this be mounted horizontally?

I'm guessing you are referring to the radiator portion as the card will be mounted whichever direction your motherboard is. Back to the radiator, If you have the case and space to support the horizontal mount, then yes you can. Mine is currently mounted horizontally at the bottom of the case so the cooler floor air is run through the radiator to maximize cooling efficiency.

Have you guys ever heard of Galvanic Corrosion? You can't mix Aluminum with Copper, what say you?

Have you heard of every liquid-cooled car engine ever? Additives can be added to inhibit corrosion between metals.

Is this compatible or at least fit within a Razer Core V2? Is it 2 slot GPU?

It is dual slot. The problem is that cooling is an AIO watercooler. So, besides the dual slot, it also has the radiator + 2 fans. I doubt you'd be able to use this in Razer core

Is this considered a 2080 TI card or just a 2080?

This product is the 2080, not 2080ti.
Gigabyte makes a 2080ti with the same cooling system as this product.
Newegg sells this product as well.

does this work with x570 pcie express4.0?

Hello,

Yes this will be able to work on PCIe 4.0 slot with no issues but I doubt there will be any added benefit in doing so.  Since it is a PCIe 3.0 card I don't think it will take advantage of anything PCIe 4.0 has to offer since current graphics technology doesn't really fully make use of the bandwidth provided by PCIe 3.0.

Depends on what size AIO you have for your cpu cooler. Ideally you would want a case that can fit a 240mm radiator on the front and top, like the fractal Meshify C I believe.

Can I replace the fans on the radiator with my own fans?
