im sure theyre all going to be brand new, if it doesnt say its used or open box then its new. these cards are brand new so i doubt they are selling refurbished cards this early

Can I use this with Autocad 2019?

Im sure you can. The work station cards are the Quatro series. In the past certain features were blocked behind firmware such as Ray tracing. If you are specifically needing a workstation card you might be able to find a good used Quatro elsewhere. That being said I have used gaming cards in Solid works and the like with excellent results minus certain features.

CPU: Do you have a computer? Good - off to a good start.
RAM: You need the bare minimum. Unless you want to mod and play on a 100000000x100000000 grid.

Yes, but it runs a little hot, be cautious about putting two right next to eachother.

Are the power limit limitations for OC similar than to the  EVGA XC Model (120-130%)?

Out of the box, no, only 108%. But, I flashed mine with the RTX 2080 Gaming bios that has the unlocked 122% PL limit. Did not improve much in terms of overclocking but allowed a higher memory clock and it pretty much stays at 2ghz instead of 1965mhz. IMHO just not a big deal. Shoot for 7500mhz on the memory and 1.9 on the core.

Founders Edition cards are the ones sold by Nvidia themselves. This is a standard card made by the board partner Gigabyte with their own cooling solution on it.
