upgrade for OptiPlex gx620 - will this card work and is win 7 or 10 compatible?

This card is a great upgrade in my Optiplex 960...very fast and very stable. I'm running Windows 7 Pro and will be upgrading to Windows 10 momentarily. I dual boot with Linux and unfortunately, NVidia is having problems with this driver version in Linux but the card still works well with a SVGA driver.

Will this card support the use of 3 separate monitors?

I haven't tried three monitors on a single card. I am running three monitors on two of these cards. Windows reports it can handle two additional monitors. (total of five.) In my experience, although it has three connectors, it will only run two screens, but please check into it further, I don't want to mislead.

Is this card a 8 lane or 16 lane?

Physically it has to have a x16 connector, it probably only uses the bandwidth of x8, but a board that supports x16 would be best.

I run this card in my HP.  There are drivers for Windows 10 of course.

how many cuda core or steam things does this have and will it work in a dell OptiPlex 780 sff with a 285 power supply? will it play wow wod?

The card should easily handle WoW at moderate to high settings (if my guess is correct), but the manufacturer recommends at least a 300w power supply.

Will this card fit an inspiron 530 and still let me use the pciex1 slot for a nic?

Look up the specs on your motherboard and power supply. It doesn't need heavy wattage.

Question 8

Neither Newegg, or the Gigabyte website page devoted to this product specify the "Cuda cores" for this GPU. Has anyone run GPU-Z to determine exactly what we have here?

Just ran GPU-Z and CUDA-Z for kicks, and they both show 384 shaders/cuda cores.  It also shows DX 11.0 / SM5.0.  No other differences that I can tell.
