Does it draw its entire power from the PCIe slot, or does it draw additional power from a 6 pin connector?

I don't know definitively about the first part of the question but I would guess so as that is the PCIe spec.  As far as the 6-pin connector, it is absolutely required.

1. Reviews I see a complaint about copper cooling, will this fit in my computer? 
2. Will it work in my model?
3. I will have to replace  power supply, what specification do I need to keep close eye on other then wattage?

In answer to your questions:

1)The card is not as large as it might appear in the picture, it should fit into your computer.

2) According to the specs I found online, your system has a PCIe x16 slot. I used a 1GB GTX 750 card in my HTPC, which has the same type of slot. It works fine, but I would highly recommend plugging power into the 6-pin connector. It will compensate for any shortcomings of the slot.

3) The specifications you want to look for in a power supply are an 80-Plus rating and Active PFC. Those will help immensely with power stability and reliability. Also, obviously, you will need at least one PCIe 6-pin power connector included in the harness.

Finally, if your system is powered by an Athlon 64 x2 CPU, as stated in the specs I found for that model, this card might be overkill for you. You might want to save a little money and go with a standard 750 instead of the Ti model. I'm not sure your system could generate enough traffic to utilize a 2GB buffer.

how large are those fans in millimeters? I am comparing it the essentially similar "EVGA 02G-P4-3753-KR GeForce GTX 750 Ti Superclocked 2GB 128-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 Video Card ", which appears to have one larger (I am assuming quiter) fan. Thx!

I bought the Gigabyte card. Had a bad time with an Evga card that died after one year of light gaming. This is my 2nd Giga video card. The first was a 550ti that is still working like a champ 3 years later. It had a 120mm fan(1). The Giga 750ti seems to have between 90mm and 100mm twin fans. just eyeballing my card nxt to my towers 80mm fans. Your choice bro but i would run with the Giga.

Will this card fit inside the Rosewill Legacy U2-B? If it won't, then will it fit in the U3-B. Thanks.

This should definently fit in the U3-B and looking at the U2-B I would imagine that it should fit fine but it's going to depend on where your motherboard's PCI-E slot is and how the card is facing. This rendition of the 750 is larger than the normal 750 solely because of the second fan but I think it should fit.

does this GPU come with shadowplay for recording gameplay etc? I have two hd Radeon 7770s in crossfire and i cant record/stream with it yet there asus brand as well same with my motherboard M5A99FX Pro 2.0

No. But its a free download from Nvidia's website. Its called Nvidia GeForce experience program with also updates your drivers and game profiles for max performance.

Can I use two of these cards to run 6-8 monitors?

Although you can have two to run up to 8 separate displays, you won't be able to run them in SLI mode. (750TI does not support SLI.) If you are planning on multi-monitor gaming, you'll want SLI capabilities. If you just need a multi-monitor setup for productivity, (having lots of browser windows, spreadsheets etc,) then this would be fine.

how do i tell if this will work with my older computer?

If you know what brand/model motherboard you have, check to see if it has a PCI Express slot. If so, it should work. Maybe not to the best of it's abilities, though. For full potential, your PCI slot must be Express 3.0 (x16). If it's an older PC, you might not benefit from this mid-range Vid card... kind of like putting $1000 wheels on a 1992 Toyota Corolla... it doesn't make it go any faster.

Question 10

I am impressed but surprised this Gigabyte card is more overclocked that the gigabyte BLACK version, the GIGABYTE GV-N75TWF2BK-2GI ( Core Clock 1163MHz, Boost Clock1242MHz). This card has Core clock 1215MHz, BOOST clock 1294MHz.
Anyone have an explanation? I read the Black edition is overclocked by gigabyte and has more hours of testing, so this less expensive "lower" card appears to be more premium than the more expensive black edition. Confusing and interesting.

My speculation is that the black version is clocked slightly less due to its particular hardware design, and because this provides a good yield of cards passing their tests. Maybe boosting to 1215 MHz results in a greater percentage of cards not meeting the test requirements.

All production environments set out to have a target yield, with a willingness for a certain amount of cards that will need to be returned/refunded under warranty. Personally, I don't see the premium value in paying for a pre-tested card. If I get a lemon, I'm okay with working through the return process. I doubt there are many lemons among the 1215 MHz non-pre-tested card, as that would just be brand-damaging for Gigabyte. So far, my 1215 MHz card is working great after two months or more.
