I have a

-600 Watts - XtremeGear Power Supply - SLI/CrossFireX Ready. 
-Thermaltake V3 Black Mid-Tower Case [-2]

I just bought this card and its about to ship. I had a Radeon 6850 but it fried. My friends suggested this card and said it should do a great job. My only concern is will it fit in my Case/Tower and is my power supply what I need it to be?

Your power supply is fine it requires at least 500W (with one 6-pin and one 8-pin external power connectors) so if your PS has the 6 and the 8 your good as far as if it will fit in your case you can get out the ole tape measure here are the card's dimensions 11.5"(L) x 5.08"(W) x 1.69"(H). I bought this card a couple of weeks ago and it has been awesome so far no problems runs everything on ultra smooth as silk am very happy also i upgraded from a gtx 430 ... ya i know it was brutal. But like i said before just measure i had to buy a bigger case to fit it in because my mid tower was just too small so i went with Cooler Master HAF 932 Advanced Blue Edition - High Air Flow Full Tower and would recommend highly if your's doesnt fit. swapping everything over was quick and easy and required no screws or anything to hook up the gpu/hd/etc with its slick quick release stuff idk what you'd call it. hope this helps

is possible to connect 3 monitors with this card, I want to play is only for working comfort?

Gigabyte claims you can have 4 monitors hooked which is no surprise since my built in Intel HD 4000 can have 3 hooked up. So if I was a total nerd I suppose I could run 7 monitors at once lol. I use the the Intel HD 4000 with the GTX 760 with virtual MVP. My Asus Motherboard has GPU boost for this and is supposed to offload some of the base calculations to the Intel chipset. 
So yes you can have 3 monitors at once on this card:-)

My only disappointment is with Newegg not bothering to mention the free Batman game they offer is steam only and I will not use Steam!! to me that's false advertising and I plan on shopping for my components elsewhere in the future since Newegg doesn't bother to mention this anywhere.

Question 3

I have a Gigabyte GA-990XA-UD3 motherboard that has a PCI Express 2.0 standard. My question is, can I use a PCIe 3.0 graphics card on this MB ?

Yes you can! PCI-E 3.0 is backwards compatible with PCI-E 2.0 boards, they just won't have access to the extra bandwidth that 3.0 provides. But don't worry, current generation cards aren't bottlenecked at 2.0 speeds anyway. Also, just FYI, this is a very long card so make sure your case can fit it.

What is the length of the card?

I have a fairly standard Antec Full size case, 3 big bays two small and it just barely fits, and is snug in the case. I kinda like the fact it is snug so the weight of the card doesn't bend the PCIE slot.

Question 5

Why does the description say it is 2GB, but everything else says (including the dude in the video) says it's 4GB?

Is it because of the OC?

And by the way, will this card's lifespan be reduced because of the default OC?

The description must have been cut-n-paste from the 2gb version.

The two that I bought have 4gb on the box and show 4gb in my computer and I've been quite happy with how it performs.

As someone else said, OC only affects the voltage and clock speeds to make things run faster.  4gb of ram refers to the actual physical memory chips under the heat-sinks and fans.

As far as lifespan I'm not sure.  I've never really had a problem with the OC version of cards I've bought because they usually get replaced/upgraded before they may have issues.  Although, 2 to 3 years between upgrades seems a pretty good lifespan between upgrades to me...

Question 6

Is anyone else getting a terrible buzzing noise when they start up a game? The second I start up ANY game the card makes a horrible "bzzzzzzzzzzz" noise.

It fit into my Mid tower at the least.   It was a tight fit though had to do some extensive wire management so they wouldn't get in the way.

I have a 1 gigabyte (760 4GB) & now thinking of SLI it. but can i ad a (770 4GB) ?
They will not match?

To be honest I only bought just 1 of the GTX 760 4GB cards, but I did look up about if I wanted to do an SLI later on. For it to work the two cards need to have the same model of GPU. So you would need either 2 GTX 760s or 2 GTX 770s. I would probably even recommend using 2 of the same cards, for example since you have the Gigabyte model to get another one of those to maximize the compatibility of the software.

I plan two SLI this bad boy. I did some measurements and yes, my tower can support these things.

I have a 1080i monitor, will upgrading to these from SLI of GTX 465 (2gb total, 1gb individuals) be a huge improvement? I read somewhere that your monitor can "bottle neck" the power.

I run 1 of these on a 1920x1200 monitor and saw little performance improvement from a GTX 260.  I really doubt you'll see much difference from your newer 465s.  It only make sense to upgrade if you're performance limited at your preferred resolution.  So I think you'd need to upgrade your monitor to see any useful performance increase.

Question 10

Does anyone know what some good overclocking settings are for this card?  I have two in SLI.  I have the oc guru but they never tell you what some good oc settings are that you can use.

For Video games there's no need to OC GTX 760-SLI. At stock speeds GTX 760-SLI will outperform a single GTX780 and Titan. Google: "Crunching The Numbers: Can Dual $269 Nvidia GTX 760s Outperform A $999 Titan?"

But if u want to increase scores in benchmarks try:

1. Uninstall OC Guru. It is brand new and needs more fixing then a Government website. ;-)

2. Use MSI Afterburner Version 3.0.0 Beta 15. It was created with the GTX760 in mind. Google: "MSI Afterburner Version 3.0.0 Beta 15". Use the Guru3D Dot Com site DL.

3. Set voltage to +12; u must Unlock voltage control in Settings; and note that it is 12mv which is nothing; hit Apply. Set Power Limit % to 102, and hit Apply.

4. OC the GPU (Core Clock) in +13MHz increments. Start with +13. Then test with a benchmark program like Valley Benchmark 1.0. If the Benchmark completes fine and temperatures are fine (below 85c) try +26. Test after each increase. Keep adding +13MHz until around +104. If a test fails back off 13MHz and re-test.

5. Set GPU back to +0. Then, OC just the Memory (Memory Clock). Set Memory but in +50MHz increments. Start with +50. Then test with a benchmark program like Valley Benchmark 1.0. If the Benchmark completes fine and temperatures are fine (below 85c) try +100. Test after each increase. Keep adding +50MHz until around +700.  If a test fails back off 50MHz and re-test.

6. U should be able to run both the Max GPU and Memory speeds u reached together. Or gradually reach the Max of both.
