no sir it does not. you will need at least a 400W power PSU to use it though. i do not suggest using a PSU of 300W with this.

Does this card take up the space of two slots or only one?

It fits in one slot just snugly its barely 8 inches long and about 1 inch thick and runs like a dream i play fallout new vegas on ultra high settings while streamimg music off the internet and web browsing dual screened and i have never experienced a choppy screen or even a slight bump in the road works like a dream

Under specifications it says 400W, I bought a 520W shortly before buying this. Everything works perfectly fine for me.

I've looked around on the internet for benchmarks of this video card and can't find any, they are either 1gb ddr5 or 2gb ddr3. Is this GPU being advertised correctly?

Its is was the only DDR5 2GB card I was able to find. I run it in a Dual Graphics setup with A10-7850K using AMDs beta drivers w/Mantle. I get pretty good graphics performance. I have not done any benchmarking for the setup but I get about 30 FPS on high setting at 1080p resolution on games like Loadout and Battlefield 3.

Yes, it will run in 2.0, there is not much of a difference between 2.0 and 3.0 in benchmarks.
