Does this card physically look different than the Rev 2 cards? If so, how? Is there a place I can see a list of changes?

I have both, the performance is the same.  The shell on the one I listed above is plastic, this one is some sort of metal, personally it looks better (despite looking worse in pictures).  Dimensionally nearly identical, note the top piece of metal on this models cooler shroud sticks up a bit, the old model didn't do that, but I use it as an assist handle to pull it out of the slot, ymmv.

Short answer for that is yes, but with a little digging you can get more albeit limited details surrounding what aspects it will support, but there most likely won't be a DX12 release or more details until end of 2015.

Yes It's a new version of the card. It's the same card but the cooling is slightly tweaked. If you go to gigabytes page they have more information
