How hot does this card get? Also, how loud is it?

I have had this card for about three weeks so here is my experience. First thing you notice is the compact form factor. It is shorter than most of the next gen cards which is good but also heat tends to build faster. At first I had the computer under the desktop (next to my feet) and it was like a furnace at full load (Witcher 3 at ultra settings). I moved the computer to the side of the desktop (heat issue solved)!! Make sure you have adequate ventilation. The fans were noticeable at full load under the desk but now I don't hear them. I paired my card with a 39inch Seiki 4k television and couldn't be happier. Just know that gaming at 4k settings hurts your frames per second I average  between 20 and 30 FPS so take it down to 1440P at 60hrz and you should hit 60+ FPS. For the $money this card is hard to pass up.

Question 2

The other Gaming version of this card has some reviews but are not great.  Does this model fix the issues with the other one?

Everything Ive read on the gaming series points to low wattage PSU's or some combination of issues relating to something other than the card. I bought this version because I wanted stock settings and to do my own OC. I have a clean install of windows 10 on a new build and it works flawlessly.

I don't know what the max is but I'm running 3240x1920 at 144hz in eye infinity  and it works great , that's 3 24in asus display's, display port.

can i run this card with a 700 watt cooler master psu? my specs are a i7 3770k, asrock z77 extreme 4 motherboard, 3 ssd drives, one hard drive.

No problem, the video card and processor would be the highest draw on that system, you're well below maximum draw fit that PSU.
