No it doesn't. If memory serves it came with an HDMI, but I got a bundle so I'm not sure. only thing I can be sure of is it didn't come with a dvi

Considering bo3 is not modern, and AMD is more or less compatible with most of it's own products... Yes. The system I have it installed to plays DA:I at Max flawlessly

Dose this card work on the inspiron 3650 desktop?

Hi I looked up the Inspiron 3650 and I found that the desktop mother board has a PCIe slot, but I did not find what kind of slot (like PCIe 1.0 or 2.0 or 3.0) it is other than there is are two PCIe x1card slots and one PCIe x16 card slot. I'm not totally sure though if it can or cannot. It would be best to contact Dell to see what kind of PCIe card slot it is and if it is 1.0, 2.0, or 3.0.

How does one run 8k output from this card? AFAIK none of the connectors (Dual-DVI, HDMI2.0b, Displayport) support 8k. Do I need to somehow use both HDMI _and_ displayport into a single 8k monitor? Asking out of curiosity.

will this do basic desktop work at 1440p 144hz?

Unless you have a higher end monitor capable of those speeds it won’t matter.  Most videos run at 30 Hz. I run my 4K monitors at 60 Hz.  Above 60 Hz is getting more specialized, not basic.  Those higher frame rates  probably are overkill unless you’re doing modern video games or graphics workstation.  Maybe you are concerned about flicker but that’s  also a non-issue on modern LED monitors.

Will this card fit in an HP 8300 Elite SFF pc?

No, that computer takes low profile cards, this graphics card is too big. Go to "Graphic Cards" in Newegg and do a "Power Search", Scroll down to "Form Factor" and then check the boxes "Low Profile" and "Low Profile Ready" and then search. That will list all of the cards compatible with your system. You will need a PCIe X16 interface graphics card.

I have an ASUS M3A78-T motherboard with 6GB ram.. will I be able to play 4K movies with this added to my set-up?

I believe this card will allow playing 4K content. But note that playing 4K Blu-rays requires a 4K compatible Blu-ray drive (difficult to find and not cheap) *and* in-memory encryption *and* compatible player software. Good luck finding all of that. Not sure which CPUs support in-memory encryption. It's like they don't want us to be able to watch 4K Blu-rays.

it'll fit only if your case supports full height cards. i have this card in a Mini-ITX case. the length of the card is as short as they come, but the connector panel (where the HDMI plugs in, etc) is full height/not low profile. hope this helps.
