My gpu was working perfectly and I pulled it out to do some cable management and now when I turn it on the fans spin for 20 seconds then it stops working, but whenever I'm in my uefi bio it will continue running, any suggestions for making it work again or sould I just get a new one?

Does the card not work or just the fans? If its just the fans. You can ignore that unless its over heating these cards have temp control and the fans don't run unless the card reaches a certain temp.

How many monitors will this card run simultaneously? I need to run three monitors in an extended display configuration because I telecommute.

We bought this to run 4 displays at once, it works well for 4qty 1080p screens but haven't used it for anything higher resolution.

Does this card have a back cover? With some of the other Gigabyte cards they make a point of telling you it has one whereas they don't with this one. I don't need a high end GPU and this will meet my needs functionally, I ask because I have a glass case and I'm considering aesthetics. I don't want the bare backside of a board showing. Thanks!

If you have 2x 4-pin Molex connectors, at the very least you'd have to buy an adapter to convert it over, but in all reality, you probably want closer to a 500W power supply anyhow

I got this card and hooked them up to a monitor that accepts HDMI only, so I got one monitor hooked up to HDMI and I can get 75hz at 1920x1080 resolution so from this card I have a DP  to HDMI for the second monitor and I can't get past 60 hz on the same resolution, I would have to go down to1152x864 to get 75hz.  Is this because of the DP converting to HDMI?

Yes, its because of the conversion. You most likely have a low quality DisplayPort to HDMI passive adapter. You should look into getting a better quality DP->HDMI Passive adapter or find a DP->HDMI Active adapter.
