What should I expect in terms of noise level when the VGA card is at full load?

When running flat out, it's going to be noticeably louder than normal room noises. I have a very small form factor case and the new 8000rpm CPU fan is much louder than the fans on this GPU. Before, with low profile coolers at ~1500rpm these fans were much louder.   Not something I'd want next to me on a desktop.
