If there is no T-bolt header on the MoBo, then no. It is running ( for me ) on a Gigabyte x570 xtreme, the drivers that came with it on a CD need to be installed, then updated ( which will leave an older updater that will popup and annoy you till you locate it and remove it ) with latest Intel driver, then it will work most of the time. Couple of YT videos go through some of this dance, Patience's is your friend.

Will this work on my MSI MPG Z390 gaming pro carbon AC mother board?..There is a Thunderbolt add on card connector on the board with 5 pins and labeled JTBT1

follow up --- first one I got was dead on arrival. Got the second one two days later and it works great on my MSi MPG Z390 gaming pro carbon mother board. After installation you need go into Bios and enable thunderbolt and enable GPIO3 Force Pwr then boot to OS. After the device is recognized then you need to download the drivers from gigabyte titan ridge webpage and install. Then your good to go. I am using a G-technology drive via thunderbolt 3 to it and works great!

I have a 2017 MSI Z370x Sli Plus. I don't se a THB C header to ad a GC TITAN RIDGE thunderbolt 3 to my PC but USB and THB C connectors came with the TiTan (one for each) Do I use USB1pin or USB2 pin)  in the motherboard for the connection or is this motherboard not compatible?

No guarantees. Card requires a Slot with 4 PCIe 3.0 Lanes. The Titan Ridge card also requires 1 USB2 Header. Since You don't have THB_C Header (GPIO Header) on Your Motherboard, Jump Pins 3 to 5 on the Titan Ridge card. This will keep the card alive. I have an ASUS M32CD Desktop (Core i5, 8GB DDR4, 1TB, Windows 10) and I want to connect to my desktop monitors using my Hiearcool USB C Hub,USB-C Laptop Docking Station,11 in 1 Triple Display Type C Adapter Compatiable for MacBook and Windows(2HDMI VGA PD3.0 SD TF Card Reader Gigabit Ethernet 4USB Ports). Will this product allow for this? (Does it support video output?) If not, what expansion card am I looking for?

It should. Swap this card for the one included with your Motherboard. 5 Pin header, pin out looks to be same. As to Video... Can You use Display Port instead? To use Thunderbolt for video, You are routing video, from Your Video card, through the Thunderbolt card. Hope that helps!

Go to Gogabyte’s website, and search for Titan Ridge. They have a page with a list of all motherboards that support this card. Critical is that the MN must have a Thunderbolt 3 header.

There is the link to this card, on Gigabyte’s own website. At the bottom, you will find a list of every motherboard that supporys the Titan Ridge card.

Officially, no, there is no Thunderbolt Header. Unofficially, maybe. Only way to know is to try and see. You'll need to Jump Pins 3 to 5. Plus, you'll need a USB 2.0 motherboard Header for Hot Plug to work. Here's what has to happen - Windows has to see the Controller before anything on the Controller can be attached and seen. In other words, Device Enumeration at Boot. Install card in lowest PCIe Slot - Must be 4 Lane Slot or better. Cannot use a Single Lane Slot. Install card. Verify if Device Manager sees the card. Install Driver. Get Driver from Gigabyte, not Intel! Reboot. If Device Manager can see the card, You're in business. Hope that helps!
