Is this VGA card a good replacement for the GTX 1660 Super?

It's all relative. This RTX 4060 Ti card will be about twice as fast as the GTX 1660 Super. If you play games, it will do a much better job at rendering. If you read email or do spreadsheets, you won't notice any difference. I upgraded from a GTX 1050 so got about a 5x speed improvement. It was like night and day for my Lightroom use, but I didn't notice any difference when working on spreadsheets. I'm not a gamer.
