I just bought the CORSAIR - RMx Series 750W. Will this supply the 8 + 4 cpu power?

This PSU does seem to come with an extra 4+4 Pin EPS cable to provide extra power to the board via the additional 4 Pin CPU power header on the board.  To be sure I would check your PSU manual to confirm the contents of the PSU or contact the manufacturer for more technical specifications regarding your PSU.  Hope this helps!

With the x470 chipset on this board, it seems to be designed specifically for the new 2nd-generation Ryzen parts. My understanding is that the majority of these parts do not have integrated graphics; no silicon to drive an HDMI port on the board itself. If you are worried about not having on-board video g=to troubleshoot PCI-E graphics issues; the POST code readout on the board is pretty handy for that.

Will this board run memory  at 3400 or 3600? Or should I stick to 3200.

Depends on the memory. I find the Sniper X memory works very well with this board. I'm running Sniper X at 3600 with a Ryzen 7 2700x over clocked to 4.3 all cores. Perfectly stable for about a year now.

Do the M.2 A and B sockets support NVMe or does the listed PCIex4 capability mean something different?

slot "A" is connected directly to the cpu, while slot "B" is connected to the chipset.  both are 4X speed, but obviously, slot "A" is going to be faster.  Hope this helps...

I am trying to figure out what would be the best ram to run with this board? I would like RGB if possible?

I am running 32GB of Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO 3600 (4 x 8GB).  The new PRO RGB is really great looking (My opinion) and highly controllable.  This particular kit uses the Samsung B-Die DRAM (Historically works well with Ryzen), and I found this kit for $220 per 2 DIMM kit ($440 for a full 32GB).  I found this kit to be unstable at 3600, but when I clocked it down to 3200 and tightened the timings to 14-14-14-30, it has been rock solid.  I highly recommend using the Ryzen DRAM Calculator to lock in stable sub-timings.

If you prefer to set-and-forget with an XMP profile, the G'Skill RGB kits that are marked specifically for use with Ryzen have worked very well for me as well.  I cannot speak to other brands as I only have expirience with the RGB kits from Corsair and G'Skill.  Hope that helps.  (I currently run an Ryzen 2700x on the Aorus 7 X470)

Regarding the two M2 slots, is the top 22110 slot compatible with a second 2280 m2 drive?  or can you only use it for a 22110 m2 drive?

According to the manufacturer's website (gigabyte (dot) com/ -> Motherboard/X470-AORUS-GAMING-7-WIFI-rev-10#sp), the specifications are:

1 x M.2 connector (Socket 3, M key, type 2242/2260/2280 PCIe x4/x2 SSD support)

6 x SATA 6Gb/s connectors
Support for RAID 0, RAID 1, and RAID 10'

So yes, there is support for dual 2280 drives, simultaneously, and most likely @ x4/Ultra.

Will the ryzen stock cooler block off one of the ram slots? it doesn't look like there is much space on the motherboard.

I am using the stock cooler that came with the Ryzen 7 2700x and it does block one of the RAM slots. To get around this I installed 2 16gb chips instead of 4 8gb chips.

Question 10

I know this motherboard doesn't have any kind of video output, but the gigabyte website does say it supports AM4 processors with integrated graphics. With that said, does anyone know if its possible to enable crossfire/dual graphics between an APU (2400G for example) and a dedicated graphics card using this board?

To my knowledge, no it is not.  This board is really setup for more of the higher end AM4 chips like the Ryzen 7 2700 or 2700x.  You could use an APU in it, but without video outputs its a bit of a waste.
