Yes. You can overclock the RAM and the CPU.
 But your RAM and CPU have to support overclocking. Not all CPU's support overclocking, so be sure to check the manufacturer specs from Intel or AMD.

That will depend on what connector your case uses. This MB has both a USB 2.0/1.1 and a USB 3.1 Gen 1 header. If your case uses either of those to connect to the type-c port then it should work, based on my understanding.

The CPU socket and Board socket are different 1151 vs 1151 (300 series) so no they will nto work together
