Is this motherboard compatable with 240mm cooling? My arrtic Liquid 240 aio does not work on it.

It should. The 240mm refers to the size of the radiator (usually cooled by two 120mm fans). So long as you've got space in the case for it... What you're looking for is the socket compatibility of the AIO waterblock "LGA 1151 (300 Series)".

Incidentally, I'm using a Cryorig C1 low-profile air-cooler with a 140mm fan.

Is this MOBO ready to be used with an I5 9400F? thanks.

I don't know for sure, but the support site on gigabyte-dot-com says that it supports "9th and 8th generation, and the i5-9400F is 9th generation. The socket is LGA-1151, and this Mobo is also LGA-1151, so i'd say, yes, it does support your cpu. The 9400 is the same as the 9400F, except that the "F" part has no on-board graphics, but apart from that, it's a standard i5 chip, so I'd say it is compatible. If you want to be sure, shoot a request to gigabyte, they are pretty good at helping with this stuff.

I cannot view my Revit 3D file.  The software (Revit) says the requirements are  DirectX® 11 capable graphics card with Shader Model 5 and a minimum of 4GB of video memory

I don't know how to check my card to see if it meets these specs., but I have a Intel Core i9-9900K Coffe Lake 8-Core that says it has "Intel UHD Graphics 630"

Unfortunately, on board intel graphics don’t meet the requirements for the Shader Model. You are going to have to purchase a dedicated graphics card from either nvidia or amd. Just make sure the one you purchase has over 4gbs of VRAM. The graphics card you purchase can then be slotted into the pcie slot on this motherboard. Since this is a small board make sure to check the size of the card for clearance purposes before you confirm the purchase.

I run mine on a 16GB Ballistics ram and a 4k HDMI cord to my monitor and have no problem, I do not have a lot of experience in HDR but for sure need to get a grphics card if you are getting the z390 aorus pro wifi motherboard, 630 Graphics needs a External Pin Graphics card, like a 1080 to be real nice, But over all this motherboard is Amazing!

Yes, but keep in mind there are only 2 RAM slots, so you would need 32GB modules.
