Would this motherboard still work with DDR4-3600?

Yes it does! I have this motherboard currently and in fact at first I only had pc3200 RAM, returned it and bought some 2x8gb corsair rgb pro pc3600 RAM for it! I had no problems with it seeing the ram at correct speeds and setting those with XMP 2.0. I also have some other crucial 2x8gb pc3600 c16 RAM on its way as well so that I can compare the brands and overclocking speeds that I will be able to obtain which will be my determining factor on keeping which RAM kit?!?

I plan to put an 11 gen cpu and a 3090. I'm worried about hard drive speed. Is it accurate to say that only 1 M2 slot will run at PCIe 4 speed and the other 2 M2 slots will share bandwidth?
