Most domestic orders are shipped via USPS Standard shipping.Most items leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days after we got your full payment.As soon as it ships,we inform you shipping details,including a tracking number.The delivery usually takes 5-15 business days based on your location.Please make sure you provide valid physical address when you check out.

We test every component to be in working order before listing it on Newegg.For that reason,if you buy this part to troubleshoot an already problematic computer or if you are assembling a fresh build and you are unsuccessful.You will be reported for abusing Newegg's return policy.If you apply for a return,15% will be deducted as the shipping cost.Most items are covered by a 90 day free defective replacement warranty and 120 day repair warranty.But refurbished and used products only have a 30-day warranty.After the package is delivered more than 30 days,there is no refund, only replacement.We accept return or exchange within 60 days after package delivered.Please contact us first for Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return address before you ship back the package.If buyer places the wrong order or just don't need the item,we accept return with 15% restocking fee(Or bear the shipping cost).Special statement:Intel motherboards with bent CPU socket pins are not eligible for our return policy,and if the CPU socket pins are bent or damaged,returns and refunds are not available.
