This has a 1A max so it should not burn out most fan headers as long as it is the only fan attached. Max RPM 4800. Let me repeat that. Max RPM 4800. This was the fastest 92mm 1A or less fan that I found after a fair amount of research. I've only seen it go up to about half the top speed even under 100% CPU loads on typical settings. It is not that loud even at 100% and since it rarely even gets close to that it is extremely quiet.
