This is an amazing CPU Passive Cooler but let's get one thing straight. In terms of Performance this will not be better than most Air Cooled Air Coolers and it definately wont beat any kind of watercooling. If you want the best air cooler go with a Noctua D15. I ran this on a AMD Ryzen 5600G at 1.47 CPU and 1.35 Volt IGPU and 1.35 SOC VCore with ambient air temperatures of 25C / 75 Degrees Fahrenheit. Overclocks were at: 4.4 Ghz all core CPU 2300 Mhz iGPU RAM is G.Skill Trident Z NEO 3600 Mhz at CL14 with DOCP enabled in the BIOS. Motherboard is a Asus B550XE with a 14+2 VRM running completely passive also and this is the elephant in the room which is that you probably are going to have VRM overheating issues because there is no airflow over the VRM's if you are going with a truly passive build. Going with anything less than 12 VRM's and you are going to face overheating issues due to no airflow. I am able to complete a Timespy Benchmark with those settings hitting 91 Degrees Celcius which is very warm. Now keep in mind that I am using a 6 Core CPU so your results will vary but for a passive cooler I feel that 4.4 Ghz at 1.47 Volts on a 6 Core CPU is really the limit after a day of testing many different settings because with these settings I am already hitting 90C Temperatures. It simply is not possible to hit very high overclocks on this cooler due the the fact that you will hit TJ Max and the computer may shut down to prevent overheating. So that begs the question... Who is this CPU Cooler really for? And the answer is that it is for people who are fine with running a CPU at speeds that are above stock average overclocks but are OK with not getting the highest possible overclock since you are facing a temperature limit. It is also useful for people that want to save money on electricity by not having any moving fans and avoid dust altogether. It's also useful for Enthusiasts wanting the best passive CPU cooler on the market.

I like a quite computer. One of my concerns was would it produce too much noise? But that is not a problem. The cooler fan is quiet. I cannot hear it run with the chassis close up and sitting beside my desk. I haven't checked temperatures lately, but when I first started my new computer system the temperature of the Intel i7 CPU temperature was 51 C degrees. That is a temperature at the cool end of the scale from what I've been told.

I installed this fan on an embedded cpu in a mini-itx system that is being used as a router. It keeps the CPU at about 31c. I know that this is not a normal CPU cololing fan, but the heatsink on the CPU only allows for a 60cm fan. The PWM works well at keeping things stable and quiet. I have a few Notcua fans in other machines and trust them to work well. With a 6yr warranty I am confident it will last. There is a premium price for these, yet I haven't lost one yet in 5 years. The color scheme is a like a 1970's radio, but it's just a fan so I'm not concerned.
