I'm not sure in what context that you are asking about a password.  The unit has an administrator password that you select that allows you access to the unit's settings including changing the access password itself.  Now, since you asked about a "guest" logon I assume that you mean being able to limit a guest from accessing the underlying network.  Keep in mind that there will be a security key that is enabled to control access to the network (WPA being the typical protocol).  This key is loaded into the unit by the administrator.  If a guest wants to access the network, the administrator must give him/her the key so that their device (PC, tablet, smartphone) can connect.  If you are asking about the ethernet port on the WAP itself being password protected, i.e. keeping the unit from allowing access to the wireless network simply by plugging a PC into the WAP 121, I am not aware of one.  Two thoughts come to mind: 1) if the port is live to a PC that plugs into it, then you can give a guest access to your network without having to give him/her your network security key; a good thing;  2) if you are concerned that the guest could just plug into the WAP 121 port and have access to your network, this is true; a bad thing.  Note:  both of these two scenarios are predicated on the ethernet port on the WAP 121 being a live connection for anyone that plugs into it.  I do not know this to be true because I have not tried it.  I would guess that a guest with negative intention could just go plug into the router/switch on your network and get a connection there even if the WAP 121 port is not an active intrusion point.  I hope all this helps in some way.

You can set a maximum, but other than the theoretical limits of your infra and the throughput users push thru, there is no drop dead limit. YMMV

Up to 16 connected users, or 10 active. Note the difference between connected and active. Depending on individual bandwidth usage YMMV. Also note, this is device is utilizing a10/100 hardline port and the fastest any single user would likely have is 200Mbps in full duplex (in fairytale land).
