Just ok For now
Pros: Their quality is top notch. It does the job well.
Cons: The craftsmanship and the quality of product of Noctua down to the packaging and instructions is world class. I just feel they rushed this product out because of the new platform. With 8 sticks of ram in my board, I have to move my ran up about 25 mil to clear the ram. I feel like they could do some more testing with boards and improve on this design a bit. Might as well build it out to a 165 or so. Have it sit above the ram and even increase the thickness of the fan block. It's great work, but just not a home run in this case.
Buyers remorse
Pros: It's a great CPU!
Cons: Trade off in MC performance to single core just isn't worth it for my needs. I expected some things to be slower but the performance (especially in autocad) is abysmal
Overall Review: They should just call this a rendering cpu as it doesn't do much else. FIrst time I ever had buyers remorse on a CPU I'm gonna try to sell it, but it's gonna be a hard sale for me. Hopefully companies start leveraging the power of these things more. I would stay clear of these things unless you render 100% of the time or plan on water cooling it and OC it. which I might have to do if I can't sell it. Good Luck

Pros: Works great. Never used this "wetter" applied compound before. Really easy to use,
Cons: Hard to control amount. I kept over squeezing so that is on me more than anything else. The q tip things were nice to spread the stuff around.
Overall Review: If you are new to this stuff and on a new build or what not, I would use other compound that came with cooler to use during testing and then use this stuff once you got it dialed in. I was fortunate to not have to take block back off, but I wish I could though just to see the coverage I'm getting on my new threadripper.
Outstanding Job GSkill!
Pros: The highlight of my new threadripper board. Have at to 3334 with 4 sticks so far. Will Play with 8 sticks tomorrow. It's been fun testing how ram speeds affect the whole system in benchs as you go from 2 sticks at stock speed, then xmp, then quad channel. Lots of fun! Love the lights. I don't know if it works with the software yet or not but it pulses out of the box. I was happy about that. It's the look I was going for anyways. I thought they would be just solid after plugging them in.
Cons: I thought the ram was a little tighter to install than other ram modules in the past. I didn't realize the ram on the left side of the CPU was installed the opposite direction. So being tired and up all night playing made it a bit frustrating when I moved up to using 4. With everything I read this year while working on this build, ram was the toughest item to purchase given the issues I've read and heard about with ram speeds and some ram not being able to get to their designed speed. My only regret after seeing these things fly is to not spendingthe extra 100 and getting the 3600MHZ
Overall Review: BRAVO GUYS! Fantastic problem. This is no brain buy.
I didnt even realize it wasn't new egg seller no probs here
