Founded in October 2008 in Thessaloniki, Greece (European Union), Computer Systems Laboratories (CS Labs) is a leading company specializing in scientific research on data recovery and BGA rework methods. As the only SME in our field funded by the EU for such research, we have developed a range of innovative products, including K5 PRO thermal paste for thermal pad replacement, KRYO33 and K4 PRO thermal pastes, BGA-COAT, CS-FLUX, FW-FXR, the DfS tool kit, and FileChecker by CS.
Our products are now exported to over 90 countries, with recommendations from users on major tech forums worldwide. Every item we produce is manufactured in our facility in Thessaloniki, where each product is carefully inspected before shipment to ensure the highest quality.
