A vital addition to the senior management roster is the appointment of Jerry Kanaly as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. A CPA and former Partner with KPMG and Tatum Partners, Kanaly brings more than 30 years of financial, organizational and global experience to Newegg.com, yielding success in executive roles for other renowned companies such as ViewSonic Corporation and Agilent EEsof EDA.

Esquivel has over 20 years of legal and business experience, having held various offices including Senior Vice President and General Counsel for Univision Communications Inc., the leading Spanish media giant in the U.S., and as Branch Chief of the United States Securities and Exchange Commission Corporate Finance Division. She also brings over 10 years of private practice experience advising boards of directors and Silicon Valley companies including high technology enterprises.
Arcidiacono joins Newegg.com from Buy.com, an Internet retailer, where he served as Vice President of Purchasing. Arcidiacono optimized fulfillment and purchasing relationships for Buy.com's on-line technology stores, and brings a wealth of computer hardware and electronics industry leadership from other companies such as Ingram Micro, Multiple Zones, and Micro Warehouse. Arcidiacono's experience will add dexterity to Newegg.
Gayoso joins Newegg.com from Zebra Technologies, a leading provider of Bar Code, RFID and Card printer products, where he was responsible for North and Latin American Sales for the Card Imaging Division. Gayoso brings a unique vendor perspective having served in Senior Management and Executive positions over the last twelve years for companies such as Ricoh, Pioneer Electronics, and Sony Electronics.
Wallock is the former Director of Marketing and Business Planning for Sony Electronics. He brings to Newegg significant experience developing and implementing provocative and cohesive marketing campaigns and web-based efforts to create brand name recognition, bolster sales, and enhance the on-line buying experience and maintain customer satisfaction.
