Hi, My little laptop is an 11.6 but it measures 12 inches by 8 by 1. Will this fit?

My girlfriend's Lenovo Yoga 11S measures 11.73" and barely fits, so it might not.

would device with 11.6" x 8.5" x 1.4" measurements fit?

It's a cute case, but I suspect your measurements might be too large for it. My case does not happen to be with me right now, but the computer is, and its measurements are quite a bit smaller than the ones you quoted. Also, the case has no extra room or pocket to carry the cord or mouse, so I never used my case.
