What color is the PS2408 power strip?

It's the same color as shown in the product photo.  The housing is a dull silver with black outlets.

HOW WIDE AND LONG IS THE STRIP AND IS IT HEAVY? SEEMS THAT THE STRIP ALSO SERVES A A SURGE PROTECTOR. IS THIS CORRECT?  I WORLD LIKE TO HOOK IT UP BEHIND MY DESK WITH SOME HEAVY DUTY VELCRO.

I don't remember the length as I used it on an install. The wide is minimal, I would say 2" wide. It is heavy, with a metal frame and heavy duty leads. If you have heavy velcro it should work. I would attach it to the whole surface of the back of the strip to make sure it holds. This is all I remember.

Question 3

I am wanting to use this strip for 4 monitors and workstations.  It says it will trip at 15amps, is this total or per plug?  I am pretty sure my intended use will require more than 15amps.

15 amps is the limit for the whole strip. 15 amps at 120V is 1800 Watts of power. It is possible your four workstations and monitors could exceed this. Using multiple strips plugged into the same outlet wouldn't solve it either as you would probably trip the 15A breaker to the outlet itself, unless you have a 20A outlet, of course.

Question 4

Does the cord swivel where it attaches to the strip?  It looks like in the picture it comes in at 90 degrees.  Also is the wall plug end a flat style or does the cord stick straight out?

Yes the cord exits the strip coming straight at you (the same direction as something plugged into one of the individual receptacles).

The other end is a standard molded plug, it is not flat or set at any angle.
