Overall Review: The product I got was defective right out of the box. The left earpiece had a much lower volume (almost silent) compared to the right one. Tested on other devices (phones and MP3 player), all have the same issue. It is a shame that TurtleBeach has done such a poor quality control. I recommend not to buy through newegg.com as it does not offer return or refund on this product.
