WHY ISN'T IT HEATING UP?
1.Press and hold the power button for at least 3s to turn it on.
2.Wait about 15–20s for the tool to begin heating before use.
3.Please note that the glue gun cannot heat while it is charging—it needs to be unplugged from the charger to operate.
WHY ISN'T IT CHARGING?
1.Use original Type-C cable; others may fail.
2.Charge with device off – using while charging stops heating.
3.If battery's hot or cold (<10°C/50°F), wait to charge.
PREHEAT TIPS!!!
1.When top power button is pressed and all 3 lights show, gun still needs brief preheating.
2.Hold power button 3+ seconds to turn on.
3.Wait ~15-20 seconds before use to ensure full heating.
GLUE OUTPUT TIPS!!!
1.Preferably use our glue sticks for smooth flow.
2.Low ambient temp may reduce stickiness – work faster for best adhesion.
3.Don’t pull out used sticks – may leave residue, block new ones.
4.If clogged, cut leftover stick end, push new one in.
OTHER TIPS!!!
1.Full charge: ~30+ mins continuous use (2.0Ah) / ~1hr (5.0Ah).
2.Even with anti-drip valves, 3-5 drops when heating is normal.
3.Device auto-shuts off after ~5 mins idle.
