There is a micro-usb port on the tablet side (where the included powercord plugs in).  Plus there is a USB A port on the keyboard half (looks like USB 2.0).

Yes, it has a micro HDMI output, but you will need to get a "micro HDMI cord to HDMI" cord for it.

yes it comes with a serial key for a 1 years subscription to Office 365, after the year is up you need to purchase another subscription

Not that I am aware of.  If you are a tech guy and like pulling things apart and can source the proper parts...probably doable.  In sure it will void the warranty since this will not be like upgrading the memory in a laptop. May want to contract Asus directly.

Why would you? The only real advantage with Win8 pro is the ability to create hyper-V virtual machines, this tiny tablet definitely cannot handle running a virtual machine.

Yes, the 2 in 1 tablet includes a built in mic. I use it all the time for skype :).

it truly will not matter.   it has 8.0 at the very least, and the touch screen option.  the next few months you will be able to upgrade to 9.0 or 10.0 or whatever it is the are coming out with for free. and this option will make the othersl matter little if at all

I would highly recommend against this, as Windows 7 does not have the drivers necessary to power the touch screen as nicely as Win8 does.

Can Windows 365 be installed on this product?

If you are meaning Office 365, as long as you don't mind taking a majority of your storage space for the office suite I believe it will install. I recommend using Office Online to save the storage space.
