Does this have an illuminated keyboard?

I have purchased this computer.  No, the keyboard is not illuminated.  I have found the DVD player cumbersome, it is located on the left side of the machine.  The Power port, the Ethernet port  and 2 usb ports are located on the same side next to each other in a row, right next to the DVD player, this has been awkward at times opening and closing the DVD player.  There is a HDMI and one USB port on the right side.  With all the real estate on the right side there is room to have one more USB port.  Machine itself performs well, fan is quiet and machine doesn't overheat.  Screen could be a little brighter but is ok.  Color and sharpness of screen is good.  I have been satisfied with the machine overall.  Good value for the price.  Hope the info helps someone.
