Some extensions (even with repeaters) say they won't work for cameras. I have a doc cam I need to be able to move around my classroom, will this work with it?

I work in an office often by myself I have an older webcam connected with two of 10 meter version cables to see a rear dock door. It works great for me. We have always found Tripp Lite active extension cables work well for scanners, RFID readers, and other USB devices. We have had many issues with other brands but Tripp Lite always work well for us. We recently swapped out a few 10 meter cables with 20 meter versions without issue. New Egg and Tripp Lite have great return policies.
