Does this bag roll and how much does it weigh?

Hi The bag does not have roller so it cannot roll. The weight is not much may be around 3 lb. It is nothing for a common man to carry. Overall it is a great bag which can last for a very long time you can use..

Does it come with a waist strap? Do you have one that does ?

No waist strap on mine. The shoulder straps are comfortable and the bag seems well balanced, though.

what is the dimensions of this product?

I use a older ASUS 17.3 gaming computer and this bag fits.
