Does it have a windows key lock?

Yes it does. Also has volume +/- and mute button. I just bought this about a month ago and highly recommend it. Great build quality. Love the cherry my reds for gaming : )

Is it backlit?  I see an image of an LED under the "W" key, so I assume WASD (and perhaps the arrows) are (or can be) backlit, but what about the rest?

No there is no backlight on that keyboard.  The keys feel amazing and when playing a game is stupendous. my only gripe and I think it may just be because I'm not used to it when I am typing I make a lot more mistakes than I did on my older Flush keyboard.

Does this keyboard come with non-gray WASD keys? It doesn't say in the description or review.

No, it doesn't come with replacement non-gray WASD keys. But, it doesn't really look that bad with them on, and I still highly recommend this keyboard.

There is no 10 key number pad so the number lock key is also not there.

No it does not. But if you have any spare that fit cherry switches, they are easily removable and replaceable.

Assuming you spelled macro wrong, No this keyboard is a regular full size keyboard with out number pad and obviously macro's as well.
Very comfortable and durable for the price!

What type of print is used on the keys? Were they laser etched or molded? I don't want to buy a high end keyboard that lasts awhile, only to have keys who's surface has faded to unrecognisable.

I don't own the keyboard anymore, I sold it to a friend, but I believe they were padprinted. However, if you know anything about how keyboards work, you are able to buy replacement keycaps.
