Will this work with Windows 7 64-bit OS?

There is no problem with it working on Windows 7 or the other systems.  It is a protocol you are talking about.
Now today I look at one that had a higher speed such as 10/100/1000.  I use the higher speed units for my network.
Personally I would look to the newer products.

Will this work with a Chromebook? Specifically, an Acer C720P-2661.

Unfortunately, I have not used a Chromebook so I don't know for sure.  I installed this device on a desktop machine running Windows 8.  I have checked chromebook forums and they are saying they have got them to work.

i have a plantronics cs55 that connects to my phone (with phone jack) but i need to convert this usb to connect directly now to my pc to use my voip usb phone system. Is this compatible?? and if not is there one that you can recommend that can convert this. Thanks.
