what is the lowest temperature that the cooker can be set to hold?

High will boil, Low will cook fully, Warm is the lowest setting.  After programmed cook time, the pot will hold Warm temp for some time before shutting off.  Warm does not boil.

Does this come with the stew already made inside of it? Otherwise I dont think I'll want this.

Time adjustments of 30 min steps, Temperatures are only HIGH LOW & Warm.
