Why did l receive a bottle of steam cleaner with water in it? Has it been used?
Every steam cleaner is tested before leaving the factory, so there wil be water marks on the water inlet hose.
Do l need to add cleaner to the steamer?
No ned. Our steam cleaner is 100% chemical free and use high heat and pressure to achieve stain removal, making them safe to use even with children or pets in the home!
Why is there water dripping during use?
sometimes nozzle loosed or dripped after long time use, change the rubber ring please which included in the accessories
Do you need to turn off the power after use?
The power needs to be turned off. Please clean the residual solution in the machine in time after each use.
