What are the dimensions of this monitor without the stand?

The total width of the screen is 25" and the height is 15 5/8". This is measured from the outside edges of the bezels.

What are the actual viewing measurements of the screen - height and width inside the frame? (not the diagonal measurement which is fairly useless)  -- Thanks.

Actual screen size:
W - 22 3/4" ~ 58 cm
H - 12 3/4" ~ 32.5 cm

Approximate cm based on English to Metric markings on tape measure.

For reference, the frame is about 1 1/2" on top and sides, bottom is about 1 3/4".

Is the screen shiny (glare) or not shiny?

I have 2, and they are both matte type screens IMO, anyway. There is no glare from the center light of my room fixture, if that is what you are concerned about.

Does this monitor have a VGA input for my Dell computer ?

Yes this monitor does have a standard D-Sub VGA input in addition to DVI-D. This is the standard VGA socket used by most older desktops and laptops. Since I purchased this monitor a few months ago I have been using it with a VGA KMV switch with no issues. For the price this is a great monitor.

Does this monitor include a desktop mount ?

This monitor does have the ability to be mounted.  But, it does not come with the actual mount needed to mount it to your desk, that would need to be purchased separately.

Yes. Have no issues playing Bluray using Cyberlink PowerDVD 14. Which looks beautiful in 4k, even though BR is 1080. Up-conversion.
