I have an AirPort Extreme 802-11n router.  Will this work with an "n"?

All a signal booster does is take the signal that is already present and makes it stronger so it goes farther.

have a router in my bedroom attached to my internet. have a smart tv in living room. at present i can stream netflex to my smart tv, but i would like to signal more stronger. i don,t understand how this hooks up. is it with the tv or the router?

It connects to your antenna on your router and it works very well for me, The signal goes through three walls & about 100 feet+ To my wireless equipment.

Would this be the appropriate model to buy to boost a wifi signal for around 200 to 300 feet with a few trees in the way of the signal? I'm looking to share internet with a neighbor, and we have agreed to split the cost of satellite internet if a wifi booster will allow me access. Thanks!

No. I was disappointed and after I bought it and I dropped it to the garbage bin. The next day morning, city sanitation truck took it.
