Is this devise compatable with a netgear Router?

My initial response would be yes. This device seeks out any and all transmissions from routers, around it. Using the wizard, you choose the router you want to repeat, enter the credentials in it will need to get an IP address from it, set up any encryption you want to mimic on  your re-broadcasted signal, and you will have a strong signal repeated in your area.

Question 2

I was using this in a campground and it found the cg extenders and I set it up with that one that supposedly was 78%.  I logged on to ie and the repeater said internet connection successful. However, it would take forever to get a page to load and sometimes never.  I could use my IPad and lock on to the signal without going through the repeater and get a page to load although slowly.  Is there something zI should be doing that I don't know? Also I have the outside hi gain antennae hooked up.

You might need to move your repeater closer to get a stronger signal to repeat

Is this compatible with UK mains and come with UK mains adapter?

I do not think so.  But I returned mine because it was under powered.
