We are looking to extend our DSL to a office in a building 200 feet away from the house. Will this product do that without disconnecting every 15 minutes?

I doubt that it would work that far from your office. I have tried mine to about 100 feet away (also through multiple walls) and had problems keeping a connection. You might want to check out one of the new Linksys long range wireless routers. They are higher power with multiple transmit/receive antennas. A friend just got one (I don't have the model info) and he's running close to that distance with multiple wireless devices and no problems so far.

Do these interfere in any way with the ability to use AirPrint with iOS?

Only if you are on the same band (2.4GHz or 5GHz) and you happened to be on the same channel. I recommend starting with 11 on the 2.4G and channel 153 on the 5GHz. If this interferes, just change the channel. Keep in mind you have to match the channels on the router you are repeating.

Does anyone know if the unit can be mounted over the top of the power source? (or if the power source can fit between the unit and the mount?)

No, the power brick is too large and has to mount next to the unit.
