what is the power adapter voltage ouput and the amps?

I believe it's output is 12VDC, amp is next to nothing although I can't remember. This unit was installed at a business and it works exceptionally well from 1 bldg. to another that is 150' away and has metal siding for about 75% of building. Hope this helps!

I would like to 'extend' our network (increase area) even more as we have 7 people in the household and it is possible to have that many devices going at once.
I purchased this extender a year ago - what do you suggest?

I can't say I completely understand your question:
Just because you have more devices on the network doesn't mean you need an extender but yes you can have multiple extenders in one network and will support your 7 people.
