Yes. The kettle is designed to bring water to a boil, up to approximately 212°F. Actual boiling temperature may vary slightly depending on your local altitude and environmental conditions, as water boils at lower temperatures at higher elevations.
What should I do if the kettle stops heating?
If the kettle does not heat, please ensure it is properly seated on the base and the power connection is secure. It also has boil-dry protection, which may stop heating when water is too low. If the issue persists, Please let us know.
Does it have a keep warm function?
The Hazel Quinn Electric Kettle features a 4-hour keep-warm function, allowing you to maintain your desired water temperature for multiple cups without reheating.
Will the kettle leave any metallic taste in the water?
The interior is made of food-grade 304 stainless steel. Before first use, we recommend boiling and discarding water once or twice and rinsing the interior to remove any manufacturing residue. This helps ensure the best tasting water from the start.
Will the lid pop open while boiling?
The lid is designed to stay securely in place during normal operation. For the best performance, make sure it is fully seated before heating and avoid overfilling the kettle beyond the maximum water line.
