Yes. As a stainless steel electric kettle, the exterior may become hot during boiling. Please use the handle only and avoid touching the metal body, lid, or spout while the kettle is in use.
Is this a programmable temperature-control kettle?
The built-in temperature gauge helps you easily monitor the water temperature as it heats, making it convenient for tea and coffee preparation. Please note that this kettle does not include programmable temperature settings.
Does the kettle have a beep, keep-warm, or automatic shut-off function?
The kettle is designed to automatically shut off after boiling, and the indicator light turns off when heating is complete. It does not include a beep alert or keep-warm function.
Why may spots, taste, or mineral buildup appear inside the kettle?
For first use, boil and discard 1–2 rounds of water. Mineral spots or buildup may appear depending on local water quality, especially with hard water. To keep the kettle clean, empty it after use and descale regularly.
How should I care for the exterior finish and decorative design?
To maintain the finish, wipe the exterior with a soft damp cloth. Do not soak the kettle body, place it in the dishwasher, or use abrasive pads, harsh cleaners, or metal tools on the surface.
