- Tighten the thumb screws on both sides.
- Screws must touch a flat surface on the spit rod.
Installation Step 3:
- Load food evenly onto skewers before assembly.
- Insert the pointed end of the skewer into the hole of one side plate
Installation Step 4:
- Then pinch the end of the handle and secure it in both the slot and hole on the other side plate.
