No, it doesn't come with a power cord, but any standard power cord from the last 20 years or so should work just fine.

Hi,
I have a very inexpensive HP desktop, HP motherboard. I installed 2 bigger memory sticks and a video card. A Sentey and Corsair power supply both gave me incompatible hardware codes. Do I need a switching PS? Will this work?

I am afraid that I do not have the required information to give you a good answer.  The first thing that jumps to my mind is actually that you have maybe surpassed the amount of RAM that the motherboard can handle, as a power supply is a power supply and should not matter as long as it can supply enough power.  Alternatively you may have bought a dual rail power supply which can be a bit more tricky.  Sorry I could not be of more assistance in this instance.
