How did we get our start?
Helen learned to cook from her mother. She combines the comfort of home-style dishes with heart-healthy oils and readily available market ingredients—making cooking great Asian food easier for everyone.

August Thomsen Corp. has carefully refined the Ateco brand of cake decorating and baking tools, assuring the highest level of quality, functionality and relevance to today’s demanding decorators.
Ateco Rolling Pins have the weight needed to roll out even the stiffest of doughs. They are made in Canada out of solid Maple. Styles range from a 19” Dowel, the 20” French pin, or the Professional rolling pins in a variety of lengths and feature handles with ball bearings for a smooth and free rotation.
Ateco Decorating Tubes and Decorating Sets - available in stainless steel or plastic - provide bakers of every skill level with tools for successful cake and pastry decorating. For best results, use with Ateco pastry bags and decorating turntable.
Durable cutters make clean cuts through dough without rough edges, ideal for cookie dough or fondant. Cutter sets are available in stainless steel or plastic, with plain or fluted edges and nest together in their own tin for easy, space saving storage.
