Yes, these masks do have soft metal to better form around the nose and face.

No problem breathing.  These are standard masks.  I wouldn't run a marathon wearing one.  My eye glasses will occasionally fog up.

The company that manufactured the masks is based out of Bejing. So they were more than likely produced there.

No Idea, I think so. But its direct from china, the translations are goofy. there is definitely elastic and plastic. I don't feel anything that resembles latex.

What is the size of these masks ?

One size, fits all.  I'm a big guy, and while I had about two straps out of 50 break, if you put them on carefully, you will not encounter that issue.
