how can I get power supply & controller & where?

you can get one directly from hitlights. Or new egg might sell the unit. I would go to hitlights and get the model number of the control and try searching it on the web. But I think hitlights has it the least expensive on their site.

What controller do i use?

Does not include a remote control or power adapter. You will have to purchase those separately. This product is just for extending an existing string of led lights.

How do I extend a LED strip to be longer than the 16ft, is it possible?

you would have to purchase an additional set of lights. The strip comes with a four pin female connector on both ends and male/male header connectors so if you were to purchase an additional set it would simply plug into the end of the first set and extend the strip another 16 feet
